July Market Charts

July -Market Statistics Charts data analysis shows an increase in median price but a decrease in the number of sales. The first chart shows median price in the Austin/Central Texas MLS from Jul 2006 to July 2008 for all residential property. The second chart shows the number of homes sold for the same period. It shows our market has slowed but overall it has not yet caused a decrease in average home price. This will vary by area, price range, and type of property.
